Over the past decade, Jamison has guided OnTarget CPA to become of Indianapolis’ most dynamic accounting firms, earning a place on the Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing privately held U.S companies for four consecutive years (2022-2025). 

Celebrating its 10^th anniversary in 2025, OnTarget CPA employs a team of 16 professionals and specializes in accounting, taxation, IRS resolution, and consulting needs for individuals and rapidly growing companies.  The firm’s “One Firm” philosophy – where resources and expertise are dynamically allocated to best serve client needs – has set it apart in the industry and fostered a collaborative, high-performing culture.
