Carly Juetten is a strategic finance leader with over two decades of experience transforming accounting operations and financial reporting in the banking sector. As Director of Accounting Operations at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, Carly oversees a $140+ billion balance sheet and leads a team recognized for driving process innovation, regulatory excellence, and enterprise-wide transformation.

Carly’s expertise spans accounting operations, mortgage and investment accounting, and large-scale systems modernization. She has spearheaded initiatives that modernized reconciliation standards, implemented advanced data architecture, and automated legacy processes—delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, control, and reporting accuracy. Carly is also known for her commitment to talent development, DEI advocacy, and fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

A licensed CPA, Carly holds dual degrees in Accountancy and Financial Management from the University of North Dakota. She is an active member of the AICPA Corporate Finance Committee, CFOrward Community, and has supported several women’s leadership forums.
