Randy Milligan
Randy Milligan is the co-managing member of Landmark PLC, CPAs and has more than 38 years of experience in public accounting. He serves a broad client base representing diverse entity types, including nonprofit and governmental entities, 529 plans, manufacturing and retail businesses, service-based companies, and employee benefit plans.
In addition to providing accounting, audit, and tax compliance services, Randy advises clients on transaction structuring, performs merger and acquisition engagements, and serves as an expert witness. In addition, Randy conducts peer reviews for firms across the nation and is a frequent instructor for state CPA societies and the AICPA.
Randy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. He is a past member of the AICPA Peer Review Board and a past Chair of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves on the AICPA Professional Ethics Executive Committee, including the Department of Labor Enforcement Subcommittee and the Governmental Subcommittee.
