Mark F. Seid is a certified public accountant, enrolled agent, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He started his tax career as an Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS in California. Mark has served on multiple state EA society boards as a director and treasurer. He has focused his tax practice on small businesses and tax controversy. He regularly presents courses to tax professionals on issues impacting small businesses and dealing with the IRS. Currently, Mark is an editor of a semi-annual federal tax update manual for Western CPE and stays busy presenting federal and state tax update courses throughout the United States and internationally.
