Diane is a subject matter expert on risk management, compliance and controls. She has led her own consulting firm for 12 years assisting  consulting /audit firms and Internal Audit teams assess the risks within  business processes and IT.  Diane has the ability to apply her experience in many industries to tailor the approach for assessing  processes and controls at both private and public organizations.  Prior to building her own firm, Diane was a Director in PwC Risk Assurance and  led the PwC private company practice in the NY metro region.   In addition to her consulting work, Diane is an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University’s Welch School of Business where she teaches courses in Operations Management and ,  Information Systems. Diane received her MBA  from Pace University in New York and her BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
