Diane is an audit, consulting and training professional with over 30+ years of diversified client experience and has led her own consulting firm Sklar Advisors LLC for the last 12 years. She is as a subject matter expert in risk management, compliance and controls and assists other professional services organizations, audit firms and internal audit groups identify and assess risks and controls on their client engagements. Prior to building her own firm, Diane was a Director with PwC’s Risk Assurance group and led the Private Company practice in NY Metro. In addition to her consulting work, Diane is an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University’s Welch School of Business and serves on the board of an animal rescue. She has a MBA in Information System from Pace University's Lubin School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
