Jenifer Wyss
Jenifer Wyss is a Senior Staff at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). She serves as the Private Company Council (PCC) coordinator and is responsible for all PCC-related matters. Jenifer is currently working on several PCC research projects, including Lease Accounting Simplifications, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, and Subjective Acceleration Clauses and Related Debt Disclosures. She also worked on the recently completed FASB post-implementation review project on Topic 842, Leases. She spent several years as the coordinator for the FASB's Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee (NAC). Before joining the FASB, Ms. Wyss spent 18 years in public accounting. Most of those years were spent at RSM where she was a Partner in their St. Louis office. Jenifer earned her B.S. in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and is a certified public accountant in Missouri and Illinois.
