Heather Dixon is the Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., a Fortune 20 company with over $130 billion in revenue and the first global pharmacy-led, health and wellbeing enterprise. Heather joined WBA in 2019, where she is responsible for Controllership, SOX & Internal Controls, SEC and Statutory Reporting and Global Finance Strategy and Transformation for the company and is also a member of WBA's Corporate Social Responsibility committee. Heather is a member of the Executive Committee for the Committee of Corporate Reporting of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI).

Prior to joining WBA, Heather was Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting officer of Aetna, a Fortune 50 diversified healthcare benefits company with over $60 billion in revenue. Prior to Aetna, she was the Vice President, Assistant Controller of PepsiCo and was with American Express, where she held a number of positions of increasing responsibility with a focus on technical accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting and project delivery.

Heather started her career in public accounting where she spent six years in the audit practice in Dallas, Texas and four years in the Global Capital Markets practice in London, England for PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has a BA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
