Natalie McVeigh
Natalie McVeigh has been a family business and family office advisor for over 15 years with deep expertise in family and organizational systems theory. She is a Master Neuroplastician (M.npn), specialising in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ). Natalie is a Fellow and Faculty of the Family Firm Institute, serves on the Purposeful Planning Institute's Education Development Committee, is the Director of Research and Development at Aspen Family Business Group, Faculty of the FBA Accreditation Program through the University of Adelaide, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) through STEP. Additionally, she is a Certified Happiness Trainer and is an entrepreneurial and executive coach. She has expertise in complex conflict resolution, with a certificate in mediation, specializing in interest-based negotiation, and trained at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation. She has experience in building and developing cohesive teams through utilizing assessments and creating training curricula. She is finishing her Ph.D. at Saybrook University in Applied Psychophysiology.
