Clint Bowers is the CEO and Founder of Advysor, a Dallas-based accounting and financial advisory firm helping growth-focused startups & scaling businesses scale with clarity, confidence, and data-driven strategy. With a deep background in corporate finance and entrepreneurship, Clint has built Advysor into a modern, tech-enabled partner for companies seeking more than traditional compliance support—delivering integrated solutions across accounting, tax, payroll/people advisory, recruitment, M&A support and fractional CFO services.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than two decades of experience, Clint began his career in corporate finance, holding senior leadership roles at Borden Dairy, a multi-billion-dollar enterprise, where he served as Vice President and Corporate Controller. His experience managing complex financial operations at such a large scale helped shape his beliefs that business owners deserve greater access, visibility, control, and strategic insights around their financials. 

In 2014, Clint founded Smart Business Concepts, providing outsourced tax, accounting, financial strategy (CFO) and advisory services to early-growth-stage companies nationwide. That foundation ultimately evolved into Advysor, where he continues to lead innovation at the intersection of financial expertise and technology—helping clients streamline operations, improve decision-making, and accelerate sustainable growth.

Clint is known for his hands-on, partnership-driven approach and his commitment to transforming accounting from a reactive function into a proactive growth engine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School and remains actively involved in the Dallas business community.
