Dave is a Managing Director with KPMG.  He has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry with a specialization in information technology audit and attestation services. Dave serves as the engagement partner for numerous Service Organization Control (SOC) engagements for some of the nation’s largest financial services companies.

Dave is the Chairman of the AICPA’s Service Organization Guide task force and chairs working groups related to the impact that AI and Blockchain technologies have on SOC reporting.

Dave is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
