Aaron is the U.S. Manager of Business Intelligence at Covestro, a world-leading supplier of high-tech polymer materials. He enables business users to make well-informed decisions through innovative reporting and analytic solutions. He focuses on efficiency, clarity, and delivering a high-quality user experience, consistently looking for ways to incorporate new technologies into established processes. He also serves as an AI Community Manager and consultant within Covestro's global Controlling/ FP&A organization, helping to drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

Aaron has spent over 15 years at Covestro in varying Business Intelligence and FP&A roles, after beginning his career in sales. He also serves as a co-lead in the ACC's ChemITC Data & Analytics Networking Group. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective on bridging technical solutions with real-world business needs and delivering actionable insights that drive bottom-line impact.
