Steve has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His professional background includes time spent in public accounting with the majority of his career devoted to partnering with and advising CPA firms regarding automated tax compliance and determination software solutions.  Steve has been with Vertex for 12-years and leads their Accounting Partner Channel.  Under his guidance Vertex has been a CPA.com Preferred Partner for 11-years.
