Jared Lowe is part of the Private Wealth Washington National Tax group. He brings 20+ years of public accounting experience advising closely held passthrough entities, its owners, and employees in all income tax matters. Topics include, passthrough entity and individual income tax planning, estate planning, gift planning. Additionally, Jared has significant experience with S corporation shareholder income tax issues as well as dealing with invalid S corporation elections and inadvertent S corporation terminations stemming from ineligible trust shareholders.
