Walt has several decades of experience negotiating business transactions, commercial and government contracts, and various other forms of agreements.  As a corporate associate, of counsel and partner at AmLaw 100 law firms, he negotiated many forms of business combinations and joint ventures involving public and private companies of all sizes and stages of development in many different industries.  As an in house counsel for Fortune 500 companies, he negotiated many types of contracts, agreements and arrangements between both internal and external parties.  Walt retired after a twenty-year career as an Air Force officer and twenty-three years as a commercial attorney and now enjoys travel, military history, reading and volunteer work.
