Robyn Fuller Butler
Robyn K. Fuller-Butler, CPA, CGMA, is a Founding Partner of J&F Advisors, PLLC, a woman-owned CPA firm providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to growth-oriented businesses and nonprofit organizations. With over a decade of experience in public accounting and advisory leadership, she specializes in Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS), strategic tax planning, financial infrastructure development, and operational optimization.
Robyn leads firm operations and growth strategy, advising entrepreneurs and organizational leaders on scalable financial systems, internal controls, cash flow management, and profitability planning. Her work focuses on transforming accounting functions from compliance-driven processes into forward-looking advisory platforms that support long-term sustainability and enterprise value.
She holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Robyn is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and Eastern Michigan University.
In addition to her firm leadership, Robyn is Co-Founder and Vice President of MACRS (Minority Accounting Career Resource Society), a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to increasing minority representation within the accounting profession and supporting CPA pipeline development through mentorship, scholarships, and professional advancement initiatives.
She is also the Founder of Parker & Jhett Rose Publications, a financial literacy-focused publishing company, and has authored ”Let’s Be Fair”, a children’s book centered on foundational money concepts. Through these initiatives, she advocates for early financial education and long-term economic empowerment.
Robyn has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree and frequently speaks at professional conferences and leadership forums on topics including advisory transformation, firm growth strategy, financial literacy, and the evolving role of the CPA as a strategic business partner.
