At Puzzle, Ross helps lead the accounting firm partnerships function, working directly with firms on how to adopt AI-driven accounting infrastructure without disrupting the core of their practice. His approach is grounded in a deep understanding of how firms actually operate day to day, from month-end close pressure to client communication challenges and the limitations of legacy systems. He focuses on translating emerging technology into clear, actionable improvements that firms can implement quickly.

Prior to Puzzle, Ross held roles across high-growth fintech companies where he built and scaled sales teams, developed go-to-market strategies, and supported the rollout of new products into the accounting space.
