Nik is SVP and Head of Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Development at ConnectPay. Prior to joining ConnectPay in 2025, he spent nearly 15 years at Liberty Mutual Group, most recently as an EVP, where he built and led the firm’s global M&A function. Earlier in his career, Nik spent more than a decade as a senior equity and credit analyst at mutual fund asset managers covering the financial services sector, and also worked in leveraged finance at Wells Fargo. In total, he brings nearly 30 years of experience in M&A, valuation, and financial services. Nik is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and Boston College and is a CFA charterholder.
