Corey serves as General Manager of Audit at Thomson Reuters, where he leads the company’s global audit software, services, and solutions portfolio. He is focused on helping audit firms modernize their workflows, improve quality and efficiency, and confidently meet rising regulatory and client expectations through technology‑enabled audit innovation and trusted AI.

With 25 years of experience across audit, risk, professional services, and enterprise technology, Corey brings a rare combination of practitioner insight and operating leadership. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, he spent seven years in senior technology leadership roles, most recently serving on the executive leadership teams at Fieldguide and Workiva. Prior to his technology career, Corey co‑founded and built an international audit and risk advisory services firm over a 13-year period, and served as Chief Audit Executive for Canada’s second‑largest airline.

Operating out of his home base in Phoenix, Arizona, Corey is a dual Canadian-US citizen and graduate of the University of Calgary with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.  Corey holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, in addition to multiple audit and risk management certifications (CIA, CRMA, CFP).
