Donnie Hampton is Co-Founder and CEO of Roz, an AI platform built for assurance, risk advisory, and audit teams. Roz helps teams accelerate fieldwork by turning submitted evidence into workpaper-ready control testing — validating evidence against control attributes, surfacing gaps and exceptions, and drafting cited testing conclusions for auditor review. The result is faster, more scalable, and more defensible audit work with the teams firms already have.

Donnie brings a background in strategy, operations, and technology-enabled transformation, including experience at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on complex transformation initiatives across regulated industries. He holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Kansas State University, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
