Lauren Aldrich
Lauren is a finance leader who has built her career at the intersection of accounting, technology, and operational strategy. She began her professional journey in public accounting as an auditor at a regional firm, where she developed a deep appreciation for the rigor, discipline, and trust at the heart of the CPA profession. Her curiosity for systems and process improvement led her into software development, where she helped build and refine software for auditors.
Today, Lauren serves as the Controller for a high‑growth software company, blending her technical background with hands‑on financial leadership. She is passionate about how CPAs can expand their impact by embracing data, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration. Lauren believes that the most effective finance leaders are those who can bridge technical expertise with clear communication—translating complex data into insights that drive action while maintaining a strong foundation in controls and accountability.
