Grace McKoy
Grace McKoy, CPA, CVA, is a Principal at Pinion and a leader in the firm’s audit and assurance and valuation practices, focused on helping organizations navigate complexity and position for long-term growth. She is a performance-driven problem solver with a strong track record in leadership, teamwork, and high-quality client service.
With more than a decade of experience, Grace provides services across attestation and advisory, leading attestation engagements; evaluating controls; preparing financial statements; and advising on valuations and cash flow modeling, and litigation-related matters. She develops and delivers training on internal controls, risk management and evolving accounting standards.
Within Pinion, Grace holds key roles, including technical leadership on the A&A Quality Management Team and leading the firm’s insurance and nonprofit specialty teams.
She’s engaged in the profession as a member of the AICPA RISE 2040 U.S. Advisory Board, is a graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy, and a past board member of the Montana Society of CPAs.
She is active in her community, having served on nonprofit boards, and currently serves on the University of Montana Business Accounting & Finance Advisory Board and the Missoula College Business Advisory Committee; she has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Montana.
