Crystal is a leader within CLA 's national ERISA practice and is a frequent presenter at regional and national conferences. Crystal has experience along the full array of employee benefit plans, including defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, ESOPs and health & welfare plans. Crystal earned her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) Designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2009 and continues to stay current on a variety of topics impacting the employee benefit plan industry.
