In this session we will get to hear from 3 “real” CEOs of cannabis companies from both coasts. We will learn how they have navigated all of the complex issues and hurdles in the industry as well as the differences in state markets. Topics will include, tax, saturated markets, price volatility, state “walls” and lack of interstate commerce, competing with “illegal market competition”, craft “grows” vs big multi state operators (MSOs), compliance issues, and what its like when a great brand has to shut down after 10 years.

  • Identify key controls cannabis companies need around inventory and cash, as well as reporting issues
