FIN2309. Agile Budgeting and Forecasting Tools and Techniques

In today's rapidly changing business environment, traditional budgeting and forecasting methods may not be effective in helping organizations manage uncertainty and adapt to a shifting environment. Agile budgeting and forecasting techniques are becoming an increasingly critical as a way to help organizations navigate uncertainty, identify risks and opportunities, and respond quickly to changes.
