This session will focus on providing suggestions for facilitating impactful audit reports and communications.

• Identify effective strategies for communicating audit results, especially adverse or sensitive findings, to senior leadership in ways that build trust, encourage accountability, and promote constructive action.
• Apply practical techniques for developing impactful audit reports and communications that drive management understanding and follow‑through, including approaches for clarity, timing, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
