As experts, we risk bringing targeted, technical solutions that narrowly reflect our specialization. However, adopting a more holistic approach grounded in our clients’ “why” can amplify our advice, especially when serving high net worth families. Research in the field of family dynamics has shown that families of significant wealth flourish by being intentional and proactive in nurturing seven Success Factors. Join to learn more about these Factors and consider how they may be especially important as families experience wealth transitions and we seek opportunities to engage with rising gen family members.

  • Identify how the factors map across major family transitions and milestones, informing questions to ask and concerns to listen for in client conversations.
  • Identify the top Factors on HNW clients’ minds and consider effective ways to support family members in these areas as part of your practice.
