WOM2115. The Journey to the C-Suite

The journey to the C-Suite is a winding path up a mountain, with roadblocks, switchbacks and avalanches along the way (as well as the occasional gondola that zips you quickly to dizzying heights). It's definitely not a straight and narrow path up a ladder. This session will help you develop a plan to hone competencies needed to progress to and function effectively in a CXO role.
