Pamela is a sought-after speaker on the topics of leadership, transformation and sustainability. She is the recipient of the University of Waterloo's Alumni Achievement Award in 2020. In 2019, Pamela was honored as Canada's CFO of the Year for her work in helping turn around the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) from a $14B deficit to a surplus almost ten years ahead of plan, in addition to her contributions to the profession and her community.  She is an experienced, CFO, executive and board director.
