Adam Howard (MBA, CFE) is a Director and the West Region Leader of Armanino LLP's forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and litigation consulting practice. Mr. Howard has extensive experience managing and directing engagements in areas that include economic damage analysis, forensic accounting, and litigation consulting, and has been designated as an expert in numerous matters involving commercial disputes and economic damages in both state court and arbitration. Mr. Howard provides expert witness and consulting services to a variety of clients, including counsel, corporations, public entities and individuals. He is experienced in a variety of forensic and litigation matters that include calculating damages related to lost wages and loss of support/household services, lost profits, a variety of labor and employment matters, insurance claims (fidelity claims and financial representations and warranty claims), contract and partnership disputes, trust and estate disputes, and post-acquisition disputes. Mr. Howard is also experienced in conducting fraud and forensic accounting investigations. Given his wide range of experience, Mr. Howard is knowledgeable in a variety industries, including media and entertainment, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, construction, insurance, gaming, and hospitality. His past experience includes roles as a Director in the Financial Investigations and Dispute Advisory practice at the 5th largest public accounting and consulting firm in the United States, as well as extensive experience in a similar role at a regional firm in Los Angeles. In addition, Mr. Howard has also given presentations and taught courses on determining economic damages at national firm events.
