Jared has more than twelve years of valuation and consulting experience and has been working with Grant Thornton for more than nine years. He has worked with clients on valuation matters under various accounting standards including U.S. GAAP, IFRS, U.K. GAAP, and others. He has extensive experience in the valuation of complex financial instruments, including convertible notes and SAFEs, embedded derivatives, contingent consideration (earnouts), notes and warrants with anti-dilution provisions, equity-linked notes, market and performance condition employee stock options, and other complex options and instruments.
