Michael started his career as an officer in the United States Army.  He has been in leadership roles across multiple industries (manufacturing, technology, financial services, insurance, and healthcare), focusing on operations, IT, and digital transformation.  In his current role as EVP and Chief Operating Officer for Farmers National Bank, Michael is responsible for HR, IT, Risk, Compliance, Security and many of the bank's operational areas.  In his previous role, he helped his organization (a multi-state healthcare insurer) define both a work from home and hybrid work model.
