Elizabeth Kim is a Supervising Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. Based in San Francisco, she is the Northern California supervising attorney for the Charitable Trusts Section that investigates and brings enforcement actions against charities and their officers, directors and trustees, and fundraising professionals for fraud, diversion of assets, self-dealing, misrepresentations in solicitations and false reporting. Elizabeth is on the board of the National Association of State Charities Officials (NASCO). Elizabeth received her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine.
