Kathy Cole, is Founder and President of DK Cole Company, a firm specializing in retained, construction recruiting. Founded in 2006, DK Cole Company handles searches nationwide. Kathy's background includes more than 25 years of construction recruiting, and she has been a speaker at various construction trade association events around the country. These include regional and national CFMA conferences. She is a member of both the Middle Tennessee and Chicago Chapters of CFMA, and she's a Past President of the Chicago Chapter. She recently served on CFMA's National Executive Committee and is also a Past Chair of the National Association of Executive Recruiters (NAER). She holds a BS in Communications from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
