Rumbi Petrozzello, CPA/CFF, NACD.DC, is the Head of Strategy, Consulting, at Seramount, a strategic professional services and research firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, using an evidence-based approach that combines deep analytics, innovative technology, and the power of the employee voice. She is the past-president of the New York State Society of CPAs and the first woman of color elected to serve in that role in the organization's 127-year history. As an active member of the AICPA's Fraud Task Force, Rumbi has authored and co-authored various resources, including the Forensic Accounting Fraud Investigation Practice Aid and associated learning materials. Rumbi is a member of the AICPA Council, its National Accreditation Commission, the ABV DEI Task Force, and a past member of its Forensic and Litigation Services Committee. Rumbi also currently serves as a member of the Deloitte MADE (Making Accounting Diverse and Equitable) Working Group.
