Brenda is a Manager in Blue & Co.'s Business Valuation & Litigation Support Services Group. She holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Finance from Berea College, is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Brenda has been working in the industry since 2018. She has conducted business valuations for various purposes, including matrimonial disputes, estate and gift taxes, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). She has also been involved in calculating economic damages related to lost profits, business interruption, and personal injury. In addition, Brenda has experience in forensic accounting concerning matters related to matrimonial dissolution and fraud investigations.
