Christine is an experienced Board Director, Chief Financial Officer and Advisor with extensive operational experience working in multi-national technology and healthcare public companies.  She is an accomplished business leader with a proven track record of transformative growth, including leading an IPO and spinoff, scaling operations, reshaping business models as well as working with boards and CEO's to deliver growth and innovation. Christine is an indepent board director serving on the boards of Juniper Networks, where she serves as lead director and on the audit committee; Invitae, where she chairs the audit committee and serves on the compensation committee; Shapeways, where she is the audit committee chair; and Carbon Health, where she also chairs the audit committee.  Christine was the CFO of both Netgear (NASDAQ:NTGR) and Arlo Technologies (NYSE:ARLO) for 14 years.  Her experience enables her to make contributions in all areas of finance, operations, supply chain, risk management, governance as well as M&A.  Christine also works with multiple organizations including NACD, Athena Alliance, Neythri and How Women Lead by speaking at events which share insights on board-related topics and well as promote diversity in the boardroom.
