Becca leads the growth and marketing function for Rea & Associates, a Top 100 firm based primarily in Ohio. As a member of the profession for almost 20 years, she has an intimate knowledge of the accounting profession and what accounting marketers and business developers can do to facilitate growth in their firms. In her role at Rea, Becca works closely with firm leadership to develop go-to-market strategies to help the firm gain and retain top clients. She has led the firm through CRM and marketing automation implementations; the development of a content marketing strategy and formalized internal communications program; a standardized Client Opportunity Plan process; and more recently rebuilding and reorganizing the firm's practice growth department to ensure a focused, strategic approach to growth and marketing. Becca has been a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing since 2005. She has served the organization as a Board member and Past President (2020-2021) and currently sits on the organization's Technology Advisory Group, Strategic Partnership Task force, Environmental Scanning Council, AAM Summit Content Committee, and Data Analytics Committee.
