Ed is one of the founding partners of The Alliance Group and focuses on executive search and practice management. Ed's focus in executive search is primarily on placing financial executives in the not-for-profit space. He also manages the operations of The Alliance Group, a 100+ person organization, founded in 2012, providing client advisory, interim staffing, executive search, and financial systems consulting services to clients across the country. Ed has 28 years experience working in the people business and nationally recognized sales organizations. Prior to Alliance, he was the practice director for the DC metro area operations of a national executive search and interim staffing company. He is a former CPA who began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and is a graduate of Villanova University. Ed, his wife, and their three children live in Maryland.
