Before stepping into her role as a lead coach and global talent development expert at Spiirall, Erin Crowley worked as an HR Generalist in the US national park concession system supporting seasonal people operations in some of the most incredible and renowned natural sites in the world. In addition to facilitating the largest single contract concession transition in US history out of Yosemite National Park in 2015, her years with the wilderness employment world of seasonal hospitality helped her learn the critical nature of community in order for a business to thrive. Today Erin has a more urban home base in Kansas City and is a professionally trained coach who has supported hundreds of staff employees in the accounting profession.
