Alison Stevens is the Senior Director of HR services at Paychex, a leading provider of HR solutions and services for America's businesses. Alison leads a team of over 600 HR professionals who are responsible for providing HR outsourcing services to Paychex HR clients across the U.S. Her career in HR and leadership spans 25 years in the professional services and HCM outsourcing industries. Residing in the Boston area, Alison is active in her community and serves on several non-profit boards including the Boys and Girls Club of Assabet Valley and Young People in Recovery.
