Jennifer Harrity brings more than 25 years of business and marketing experience to her role as the director of the Center for Sustainability [https://sensiba.com/solutions/sustainability/] at Sensiba LLP [https://sensiba.com/]. She leads the firm's core sustainability efforts and B Corp Certification. In 2020, she launched the firm's Center for Sustainability to help companies move to a purpose-driven, sustainable business model that includes social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. In addition to her sustainability practice, Jennifer hosts the Rebooting Capitalism podcast [https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/rebooting-capitalism/id1494229605] that digs into why traditional capitalism is broken and what people are doing to fix it. She was honored in 2021 by the _San Francisco Business Times_ as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Businesses and again in 2022 as a Forever Influential Woman. Most recently she was named one of _Accounting Today's_ Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting. Jennifer is a member of WeTheChange, a B Corp female founders and CEOs group, and the governance chair on B Local Bay Area board of directors. Jennifer lives in the San Francisco Bay Area where she received a bachelor's degree from California State University, East Bay. She also holds a diversity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University and continues graduate studies in corporate sustainability and innovation at Harvard University. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys CrossFit, singing, and spending time in the redwoods.
