Chad is a technologist, entrepreneur, business leader and CEO of Digilence.

Chad's ventures have been in Inc 500, Inc 500, Pacesetters, Best Places to Work and winners of multiple technology innovation awards. He has a passion for entrepreneurship and serves as friend and advisor to other entrepreneurs starting or growing their companies.

Chad started his career as a programmer (he still believes C is the greatest programming language) until he founded an e-commerce company during the dot-coms. Though his team often reminds him that his coding days are over, he serves as a bridge between business and technology teams. His expertise runs deep in areas of automation, enterprise architecture, cloud, blockchain, data warehousing and analytic.

Chad's introduction to the accounting profession was a few years after Sarbanes Oxley was introduced and he was a Microsoft evangelist. Firms were trying to adapt their audit methodologies and technology to Sarbanes Oxley needs, and Chad was a leader in this effort for multiple Big 4 firms on their global IT transformations to make this possible.

Prior to Digilence, Chad was the founder of Premier Logic, a global digital transformation firm that also served the accounting profession. Premier Logic was sold to ALTEN, a French public company and the 2nd largest engineering services provider in the world. He served as the company's Digital CTO and advisor until he co-founded Digilence.
