Vincent has quantified and analyzed damages across various causes of action, under a variety of facts and circumstances, and for matters brought in federal court, state court, and arbitration.

Vincent also assists buyers and sellers with their post-closing M&A disputes-such as working capital adjustments and earnouts. In addition, he serves as a forensic accountant in fraud-related matters. He coauthored the book M&A Disputes: A Professional Guide to Accounting Arbitrations.

Vincent has valued businesses (ranging from early-stage ventures to mature businesses), stock options, and a variety of more exotic financial instruments. In addition, he has analyzed reasonably equivalent value and solvency, performed comparative valuations to analyze and isolate the impact of (alleged) events on value, and performed a variety of other financial analyses
