Kevin specializes in providing buy-side and sell-side advisory services to clients in the real estate and infrastructure industry including private equity firms, real estate funds, REITs and real estate operating companies. Kevin has wide-reaching diligence experience for asset and entity transactions including hospitality, timeshare, ski resorts, marinas, golf courses, data centers, cell towers, fiber, industrial, homebuilders, storage facilities, student housing and multi-family. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
