Presenters in the workshop will provide an overview of financial and tax due diligence, including supporting the underlying investment thesis and basis of evaluation with a quality of earnings analysis. In addition, net working capital and net debt procedures will be discussed with their impact on the purchase and sale process.

• Recognize the diligence process, including analyses performed by advisors to assist their clients with making decisions.
• Identify how the analyses performed correlate to the purchase and sale agreement.
