Lauren Aldrich is driven by her curiosity and desire for improvement. Despite the bets she makes with her husband, she’s not always right but she’s always learning. Growing up, she was dubbed “the talker” and bossy but realized that was not always a good thing. As a CPA and former Auditor turned Corporate Controller, there have been times when her ability to convey information meant the difference between success and failure. 

In her current role, Lauren plays a pivotal role in a company-wide transformation where being able to communicate clearly and effectively is key. With a teaching mindset, Lauren strives to communicate in a way that allows others to not only hear but to understand. Communicating in this way promotes her own understanding as she gains perspective from diverse groups of people, thereby enabling her to better facilitate the resolution of challenges. 

Lauren has served in volunteer positions with the Louisiana Society of CPAs, the AICPA Student Recruitment Committee, and is a 2019 graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy.
