
Alexis Weber
Lexi Weber is a dynamic Certified Public Accountant in New York State with an extensive background in auditing, transaction advisory services, and leadership & professional development. Currently, she serves as Senior Manager for Emerging Professionals Initiatives at AICPA & CIMA, following a near-decade tenure at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, LLP, where she most recently held the roles of Audit Manager and Chair of the firm's Leadership Academy.
During her tenure as Chair, Lexi led group sessions and provided individual coaching on leadership and professional development, with an emphasis on servant leadership. She graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo, earning both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting.
In recognition of her contributions to the field, Lexi was appointed to the SUNY University at Buffalo School of Management's Accounting Advisory Council in 2024. She has been celebrated as one of Buffalo Business First's 30 Under 30, a 2024 Nominee for Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting, and an Emerging Leader in 2023 by the New York State Society of CPAs. Lexi is an alumna of the AICPA's 2023 Leadership Academy.
A passionate advocate for professional development within the CPA community, Lexi is actively involved with the New York State Society of CPAs, serving on both the Education Committee and the Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession Program for the Buffalo Chapter. In 2024, she won the Visionaries of the Year Campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Western New York, raising $113,866 to support the fight against blood cancer. Lexi also serves on the Leadership Committee for the Society’s Visionaries of the Year Campaign and is a dedicated Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Western New York.
