Trevor W. Williams, CPA (he/him), brings over two decades of audit expertise and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to his role as Audit Partner and DEI Director at GRF CPAs & Advisors. Mr. Williams is a founding member of GRF’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative, founded in 2019. In 2022, Mr. Williams was appointed to the newly-created role of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Through his leadership, Mr. Williams drives positive change by fostering an inclusive workplace environment, implementing internal strategies for staff development, and developing recruitment efforts beginning at the high school level.

As Chair of the DEI Council, he leads all council meetings and collaborates closely with Firm Leadership, CEO, EVP, HR, Council members, Subcommittee leaders, ERG leaders, and MLBennett Consulting LLC. Mr. Williams oversees the execution of the DEI Council's annual action plan, ensures timely and consistent communication, and promotes DEI achievements.

Mr. Williams is the current Eastern Region President of NABA, Inc. (formerly the National Association of Black Accountants), reflecting his dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion within the accounting profession at large. Mr. Williams collaborates with industry stakeholders to cultivate a diverse talent pool for both GRF and the accounting industry. He speaks on DEI topics at events and conferences hosted by  AICPA, CPAmerica, and local CPA societies focusing on strategies to train and retain staff and recruit top talent. • B.S. in Accounting, Temple University Professional Affiliations • NABA, Inc.
