Passionate about fostering collaboration and learning, she employs innovative thinking to create adaptable solutions that work cross-functionally, ensuring alignment with team and company growth through strategic planning, KPI oversight, and operational excellence. 

Previously, Ambra served as VP of Operations at Xero, where she played a pivotal role in its North American market entry, helping to drive transformation of the accounting profession with cloud and automation technologies. She joined Aprio in 2018, recognizing the firm’s innovative DNA as an early tech adopter and potential to become the firm of the future. Ambra’s extensive career includes executive leadership positions with Forbes Most Innovative Growth fintech companies and Fortune 500, publicly traded companies in professional services, digital media, and gaming sectors.
