Tal Ben Bassat is an MBA graduate, lawyer, and CPA, and an alumnus of KPMG and PwC. He has experience as an international business consultant and previously owned and operated a tax firm, giving him firsthand insight into building and scaling an accounting practice and the real challenges firms face.

 

He later served as Director of Product Strategy, M&A, and Business Development at Mastercard, where he sharpened his strategic and commercial edge across complex financial environments.

 

Today, Tal is a founding member and acting COO and CFO of Anchor, a hyper-growth fintech startup serving accounting firms, where he co-leads the transformation of billing and collections through automation.

Through his work at Anchor, Tal has advised hundreds of accounting firm owners on growth, profitability improvement, operational optimization, and the adoption of AI to drive efficiency and scale.

 

His blend of operator experience, financial expertise, and strategic leadership positions him as a distinctive finance leader with a broad, execution-driven perspective.
